Pools Galore!
You can't take a dip at central Florida's favorite theme park without experiencing the Vanson touch. Work continues through the summer on a property-wide contract to upgrade and maintain over 30 pools throughout the kingdom.
Chase/Wamu Rebranding
Vanson has been contracted to provide rebranding construction services in response to consolidation in the industry.
Facilities Maintenance Expands
We have expanded this service over the last two years into a separate division within Vanson. With two LEED AP's on staff, we can keep your buildings dry and GREEN!
ABC Awards
Vanson retained its perfect score with ABC awards - 5 projects submitted in 2 years of membership, 5 awards. The most recent include a merit award for $1-$5 Million Renovation for the Grand Floridian Exterior Rehab and the coveted Eagle Award for Entertainment Facilities under $1 Million for the Frontierland Food Concession Bldg. at WDW.
J.W. Marriott
Work recently completed added a new retail shop to the main lobby of Central Florida's largest hotel.
Mt. Vernon Inn
Work was recently completed to upgrade rooms in the pool area of this Winter Park landmark.
Grand Floridian Renovation
When the #1 theme park in the world needs its flagship resort maintained, it should come as no surprise that Vanson gets the call. This project consists of exterior refurbishments of metal stairs along with patching, repairing & painting of exterior wood siding. The recent award of Phase II to Vanson assures uninterrupted progress.
Old Key West
The sixth phase of exterior renovations of this multi-family complex commences in 2011. Our team operates like a well-oiled machine for this repeat client, and on this type of project. Vanson has now performed exterior repairs/renovations on nearly 10,000 multi-family units.
Expert Consultation Services
Many cases are currently in process for a
variety of clients including two major insurance
carriers and area law firms. Services
include estimating, engineering
review, failure analysis, inspections with full
video documentation and general feasibility
consultation.
