Chase/Wamu Rebranding
Vanson has been contracted to provide rebranding construction services in response to consolidation in the industry.
Facilities Maintenance Expands
The expansion of late 2008 continues throughout 2009 into continual, ongoing maintenance and remodels at multiple sites.
ABC Awards
In our first year as members of the Central Florida Associated Building Contractors, Vanson entered three projects in the annual contest and walked away with three awards, including the coveted Eagle award! The projects were Park Fare, Reedy Creek Fire Station and Siemens.
J.W. Marriott
Work recently completed added a new retail shop to the main lobby of Central Florida's largest hotel.
Mt. Vernon Inn
Work was recently completed to upgrade rooms in the pool area of this Winter Park landmark.
Grand Floridian Renovation
When the #1 theme park in the world needs its flagship resort maintained, it should come as no surprise that Vanson gets the call. This project consists of exterior refurbishments of metal stairs along with patching, repairing & painting of exterior wood siding. The recent award of Phase II to Vanson assures uniterrupted progress.
Old Key West
The fifth phase of exterior renovations commences in August of 2009. Our team operates like a well-oiled machine for this repeat client.
