ABC Awards
In our first year as members of the Central Florida Associated Building Contractors, Vanson entered 3 projects in the annual contest and walked away with 3 awards, including the coveted Eagle award! The projects were Park Fare, Reedy Creek Fire Station and Siemens, the latter two of which had previously been featured in OBJ articles. Congratulations to all project participants!

J.W. Marriott
Work has commenced to add a new retail shop to the main lobby of Central Florida's largest hotel.

Mt. Vernon Inn
This is our fifth project for this owner as we continue to modernize this Winter Park landmark.

Grand Floridian Renovation
When the #1 theme park in the world needs its flagship resort maintained, it should come as no surprise that Vanson gets the call. This project consists of exterior refurbishments of metal stairs along with patching/repairing/painting of exterior wood siding.

Vanson Projects Lead News!
The 2/27 and 2/28 Business sections of the Orlando Sentinel led with feature stories on Vanson projects. On the 27th, our Bahamian-themed fire station for Reedy Creek stood front and center. The next day, it was replaced by Siemens new presence at Epcot Center, highlighted by the new VIP center we completed for them in late 2007. You don't need to be newsworthy to choose Vanson, but if you do, your project just might end up that way.

Old Key West
The second phase of exterior renovations commenced in January of 2008. Our team operates like a well-oiled machine for this repeat client.

Expert Consultation Services Expand
Many cases are currently in process for a variety of clients including two major insurance carriers and a local law firm. Current services being utilized include estimating, engineering review, failure analysis, inspection and general consultation.

Fireworks Facility
All those fireworks have to be stored somewhere before they set the theme each night. Special attention to the volatile inhabitants of this structure take precedence on this project.

Vanson has quickly established its Small Projects Services throughout the local theme parks, with dozens of projects completed and dozens more in process.
