University of Florida
Vanson has recently completed work on the UF Bug House... at least that's what we call it. This building will be used by the Entomology Department to study insects as they interact with residential construction.

Expert Consultation Services
Many cases are currently in process for a variety of clients including two major insurance carriers and area law firms. Services include estimating, engineering review, failure analysis, inspections with full video documentation and general feasibility consultation.

Vanson receives Mold Remediator Status
The Department of Business and Professional Regulation has awarded George Seay of Vanson status as Mold Remediator. Under the new regulations put into effect as of April 1, you'll need a contractor licensed specifically in mold remediation to perform such work. Trust Vanson!

Siemens Projects
Siemens has been a regular user of Vanson services since they took over sponsorship of Spaceship Earth at Epcot Center. Work commenced recently on another project at this world famous icon.

Pegasus Landing
When UCF's branded student housing development needed some TLC, it was only natural that Vanson was chosen for the job. The owner is from New York, the engineer is from Miami, but there was no better choice than Vanson when it came time to execute the work of hardie board siding, new windows, rehabbed stairwells and a whole new look for this 500+ unit student housing complex.

Old Key West
The sixth phase of exterior renovations of this multi-family complex commenced in early 2011 and continues into the year. Our team operates like a well-oiled machine for this repeat client, and on this type of project. Vanson has now performed exterior repairs/renovations on nearly 10,000 multi-family units.

Dolphin Hotel
Vanson has been been contracted to provide services on a number of projects at the Dolphin Hotel, including front entrance repairs,a new sales office, a cabana bar and numerous other projects. Work will continue throughout the year.

ABC Awards
Vanson retained its perfect score with ABC awards - 5 projects submitted in 2 years of membership, 5 awards. The most recent include a merit award for $1-$5 Million Renovation for the Grand Floridian Exterior Rehab and the coveted Eagle Award for Entertainment Facilities under $1 Million for the Frontierland Food Concession Bldg. at WDW.

Walt Disney World
Projects are ongoing across the parks including Hollywood Studios, Wilderness Lodge, Magic Kingdom Pinocchio Village, the Polynesian, Epcot Living Seas, All-Star Resorts and Splash Mountain.
