Design/Build

Our D/B structures are a reflection of each owner's imagination melded with the creative talents of a carefully assembled and experienced project team chosen specifically for that project's demands and the owner's desires. Design/Build can help you fast-track your project and may save more money with ongoing value engineering from start to finish.
Metal Buildings
Most Vanson metal building projects are design/build with special features for specific requirements - they're custom built. Vanson has been named a Star Building Systems Volume Builder Award for the Orlando District and twice have been recognized with the Outstanding Builder Award.
Renovations
Our experience in renovations is truly unique and extensive, owing in part to over 15 years of continuous retrofit work at the largest local theme parks. Work included restaurants and kitchens, hotel rooms and lobbies, retail shops, dining halls, sports venues, fire stations, healthcare facilities and much, much more. Elsewhere, renovations have ranged from churches to historic landmarks, office buildings to custom homes. A renovation can be a time and money saver, and we've got the experience to make it work.
Mold/Moisture Abatement
Vanson is at the front line in the battle against mold and mildew in apartments, condominiums, hotels, motels and commercial structures in Central Florida. Past projects ranged anywhere from 5 units to the hundreds. With multiple licensed contractors and a licensed roofing contractor on staff, we can inspect, perform tests, offer consultation services and even execute the work needed to protect your building from the harsh Central Florida environment, along with providing you with the documentation you need for insurance claims.
